Out-of-Network Providers & Balance Billing
*Under Delta Dental, the plan pays the same amount to out-of-network providers as it would for in-network providers. Please note that providers that do not participate with your insurance plan can “balance bill” you for any difference between their charge and what the plan pays. Therefore, using nonparticipating providers may result in significant patient liability.

1. Visit deltadentalins.com and click Find a Dentist in the top toolbar.
2. Enter the location you would like to search and a provider’s or office name if you wish.
3. For Network, you can select Delta Dental PPO or Delta Dental Premier.

*Delta Dental PPO and Premier dentists are all in network with the same coverage levels. Delta Dental PPO providers have slightly better discounts, allowing you to stretch your annual plan maximum a bit further.
